The staff were absolutely fabulous, Walter's food was great, he even started making special things, like for my Uncle who is on the Atkins diet he would bring him plates without carbs, and for my aunt (Susan) he would bring her plates without sour cream (she HATES sour cream). They were great about dealing with everyones likes and dislikes and Walter even helped us keep our 1 year old entertained during meals and when he wasn't too busy. Alex was great, fun to talk to, very helpful and flexible, also great with the kids. Alex set up a dune buggy tour for us and we had so much fun. Isabel was great she kept the place looking great and also helped with Ethan (my son). The staff seems like a family, they all helped each other out and were very eager to do whatever they could to make our vacation enjoyable. We can't say enough nice things, and hope to return someday soon!"
