This is a beautiful four bedroom, four and a half bathroom and its a private, tropical retreat complete with panoramic views of the Pacific, Villa Isla’s lovely vistas will make the guest feel like their on top of the world. Great beach and ocean views, lush landscaping, and a peaceful hillside setting greet you at this wonderful Spanish-style villa. Keep an eye out for migrating whales and take in spectacular sunsets from the spacious pool terrace with its cascading travertine steps. Relax on a garden bench, or savor a bite from the gas grill before a soak in the Jcuzzi. Inside, the guests can enjoy the views from the comfortable bedrooms, all with private baths. Bedding consists of a king bed, ocean view, balcony/terrace and private bath in the masters bedroom, the second suite has a king bed plus a couch, private entrance, ocean view, balcony/terrace and a private bath, the third suite separate casita has a king bed plus a queen hide-a-bed, ocean view and a private bath and lastly the fourth suite has 2 Twin beds (or king bed), private entrance, balcony/terrace and a private bath. The pleasant decor and tile floors create a cheerful and welcoming ambiance. Located in the Pedregal community, this villa is less than a mile from town and a short walk to the beach. Note: This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed as well.
