Enter from the street, down a few steps, to a circular courtyard. An elegantly designed door opens into the foyer and stair tower. Carved wooden steps spiral up to the second floor’s en suite bedrooms and additional living room with large-screen TV. Off the foyer is the main living room with fireplace, opening in a wide arc to the terrace, overlooking the bay and the ocean beyond, as well as an infinity pool and a large palapa-covered mirador. From the terrace, steps spiral down, over a round pool with a fountain, and then to the lower terrace. There, a large ficus tree, pruned into the shape of a fan, provides privacy while still permitting views of the bay. |
