The house has a sixteen-speaker audio system controlled by keypads located in every room. The master suite, on the entry level of the home, has a king size bed and TV, with attached bath, extending to a private patio that overlooks the entire city, the western panorama of San Miguel, and the mountains beyond. The living room is beautifully furnished with grand spaces extending out to a patio with wonderful views. The dining room seats eight persons, as well as seating in an outside dining area for eight.
