Deposit for Reservation
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds is due at the time of request for reservation.  A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request.  If a reservation is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, Mexican Destinations requires full payment of rental fee to confirm request. 

Final Payment
Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 (or a credit card authorization form) is required on all properties.

Cancellations
Reservations will be cancelled if deposits are not received in within 10 days of initial request.  Mexican Destinations reserves the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if deposit schedules are not met.  An extension may be requested.  If it is necessary for you to cancel after final payment is due, Mexican Destinations will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking.  If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation.  Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge.  All cancellations must be in writing.  

Trip Insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended, and is available through a travel agency.

Availability of Accommodations
In the event any property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Mexican Destinations after a deposit is received, Mexican Destinations will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property, if this is unsatisfactory to the tenant Mexican Destinations will refund the deposit in full.

Villa OccupantsThe  MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PER VILLA is TWO GUESTS PER BEDROOM.  Maximum number of persons means adults and children regardless of age.  If more people arrive than allowed, they may be denied occupancy or an extra person charge of $50usd per person, per night will apply.  Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests, to the property, or its contents during their stay.  Costs for damage, will be limited to repairs or replacement value of items(s) damaged.  No pets will be allowed in the rental property without written permission prior to arrival.  Unlawful activities will not be tolerated and noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be enforced.
