The home has five bedrooms. Of the three suites adjacent to the pool, one has a king bed, another has a queen bed and the last has twins. All are beautiful and spacious, each with its own fireplace and private bath. On this level there is a gym complete with Bowflex and elliptical equipment and also a media room that features a 36" TV, DVD, VCR and Play Station 2. The house has a sixteen-speaker audio system controlled by keypads located in every room.
The master suite, on the entry level of the home, has a king size bed and TV, with attached bath, extending to a private patio that overlooks the entire city, the western panorama of San Miguel, and the mountains beyond.
The living room is beautifully furnished with grand spaces extending out to a patio with wonderful views. The dining room seats eight persons, as well as seating in an outside dining area for eight.
