Villa Suzannah is a spectacular 8,000 square foot, four story, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath luxury villa located just six miles south, a 15 minute drive, of sophisticated Puerto Vallarta. An additional recently-added 2,600 sq. ft. pool deck adds to the many features of this villa, with additional living room, bath, bar, BBQ, pool and Jacuzzi amenities.
The home, easily reachable by taxi, is situated high on a cobblestone street overlooking beautiful Mismaloya Bay and the breathtaking Pacific coastline of the Bay of Banderas. The town of Mismaloya can be reached by a 3 minute car ride. The Riviera-like view is prominent from every room in the house. Each bedroom comes complete with its own outside deck, remote controlled air conditioning, walk-in closet, and bathroom with hand-crafted natural stone work.
The house is fully-staffed with a chef (three meals per day), a maid, and an administrator who speaks perfect English and is eager to assist with information ranging from restaurant, shopping, spa and night club recommendations, to sport fishing, jungle tours or golf.

Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27°C (80°F).
Of its many attractions Playa Mismaloya, which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana", is a popular celebrity hangout. The impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The city hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures.
