The villa offers a rooftop terrace with there own private pool and lounge area featuring breath taking views of Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. It has three bedroom suites each with private in suite bath and air conditioning. Each bedroom has wonderful views of the bay and Sierra Madre Mountains.
In addition they have made several upgrades to the property. All of the living room furniture has been reupholstered, the televisions have been upgraded to flat panel televisions, iPhone and iPod devices are now located throughout the house, Internet is now available throughout the house. All of the kitchen cabinets have been replaced with new modern style cabinets. The hot water system has been upgraded and lastly, all of the electrical had been upgraded, lighting, all switches and all receptacles.
IT has daily maid service. On request Full Staff Service is available including a cook for an additional fee.
