Casa Amapas is one of the original homes built in Conchas Chinas. It has been recently remodeled to retain the best of classic Vallarta style with a Mediterranean influence. The result is simple, elegant and completely livable. Located oceanfront, with a beautiful sandy beach just a short walk (approximately 1 block) away. You can also walk to town along the beach or via one of the charming cobblestone streets.
The Villa's 5 bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with private baths, air-conditioning, fans, ocean views & terraces. The master suite has a king size bed with a full ocean view. Two of the rooms have twin beds that can also be made into a king. The fourth room has two double beds and the studio also has a king.
The pool and nearby palapa are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for complete privacy. The spacious upper terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade of the pergola.
The villa comes with a complete staff including cook, houseman and housekeepers. It also has a TV with DVD player, stereo system and purified water throughout. This casa is wheelchair-friendly for a person to stay on the main floor and access the pool & dining area.
