There are private stairs to the public beach below, a sandy swimming beach called Los Muertos. In addition, guests have VIP access to a private beach & club just below the villa, The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club.

Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite residential section of Puerto Vallarta, the villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life. Commands spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, its beaches, and the tranquil Bay of Banderas.

• A Vonage phone system in the library allows guests to make unlimited free calls to the US, Canada and throughout
• The very attentive staff comprises a full-time concierge, two charming houseboys, two housekeepers, two excellent chefs, and two gardeners
• Villa Verano can be rented as an 8, 9, 10 or 11 bedroom villa. Rates are posted after the gallery photos as a per bedroom rate
• Seven bedrooms have two queen-sized beds and four rooms have one king-sized bed
• The air-conditioned library has hundreds of books, a piano, house computer with free unlimited high speed internet access, and DirecTV from the USA with hundreds of channels from which to choose. There is also wireless high speed internet access throughout most of the estate for those bringing laptops or other internet devices
• All bedrooms have air conditioning
• The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an “at cost” basis; there is no mark-up. An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or travellers checks. [Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator
• A comprehensive information pack, with answers to most questions from arriving guests, such as “what to wear,” “what to bring,” etc., will be sent to the guests 30 days prior to arrival. Villa Verano is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life, and only 20 minutes from the airport. A rental car is not needed

• High Season: Nov thru May 15, $410 per bedroom (8 bedroom, 5 night minimum) 
• Christmas: Christmas/New Year week, $495 per bedroom (11 bedroom, 7 night minimum)
• Thanksgiving:  10 bedroom, 7 night minimum
