Villa Vista del Mar Querencia is a beautiful new 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the private gated community of Querencia. Just over 5000 sq. ft. this home offers beautiful ocean views from anywhere inside the home. The large patio area includes heated pool with swim up bar, spa, fire pit, gas barbecue and plenty of room for spending a relaxing day in the beautiful Los Cabos weather. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, the master suite split from the other 2 suites. A full one bedroom, one bath casita with kitchen is located on the top floor complete with an observation deck with bar and bath.
