BASIC TOMATO SALSA

Ingredients

2 cups Fresh Tomatoes (diced evenly)

½ Cup Green or white onions (diced very fine)

2 Serrano Chilies (cut lengthwise, seeded, finely minced)

¼ Cup Fresh cilantro leaves (or to taste; chopped coarse or fine)

1-2 tbl Fresh lime juice Kosher Salt

Method Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and, if you like, pepper. The Serrano chili may be substituted with fresh jalapeno pepper and the amount adjusted for a livelier or more comfortable heat content.
